JPNA Media Project Final Cut

This is the final edit of our media project. We were unable to use some footage due to file transferring errors. However, we were able to work with most of the footage we had. We have also been experiencing trouble uploading this video so it is posted here to pantherfile. We wanted to capture an honest and positive view of the neighborhood and I we believe we have accomplished that. Thanks, Enjoy!

Mrs. Craft Interview

Mrs. Craft a life long resident of Johnsons Park Neighborhood discusses her thoughts and memories of the neighborhood from the past all the way to the present.

Clip from Interview with Mrs. Evans

Mrs. Evans discusses how the police interact with the community.

The Jacobs are part of the Johnsons Park neighborhood association and have lived in the area for over thirty years. They have agreed to be the second residents interviewed for an archive for the neighborhood. In the clip the Jacobs talk about a memory they have of living in the neighborhood from years ago. Their memory contributes to the history the neighborhood and of Milwaukee. It gives insight into what kind of neighborhood Johnsons Park use to be before this change took place.

Footage of Interview with Mrs. Arlene Otis

This is footage of our interview with Mrs. Arlene Otis, a longtime resident of the Johnsons Park Neighborhood.  She shared with us her concerns about the neighborhood and reflected on some of the positive change that has taken place thus far.  Mrs. Otis provided us an insight to the neighborhood's past and a glimpse of where it is headed in the future, not to mention a great first interview.
